When you contact us
We use the contact details and project information you submit to respond to your enquiry. Requests for email updates are sent to our team. Please avoid including passwords, sensitive operational data or other confidential information in website forms.
Essential website storage
We store your cookie choice in your browser under nimbusiq-cookie-choice-v1 for up to 180 days. Our service worker caches website files to support loading and offline access. These features do not require optional analytics. Hosting and security logs may contain IP addresses, request details and error information needed to operate the website.
Optional analytics
Analytics stays off until you choose “Accept analytics”. Where configured, Google Analytics and/or Plausible help us understand page visits and interactions. Google Analytics may set cookies beginning _ga to distinguish visits. We do not enable advertising personalisation, Google signals or browser session recording.
Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent you from using the website or sending an enquiry. You can change your choice below or through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent clears accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop previously loaded tracking code. Save unfinished forms first.
Service providers and information handling
Our website uses AWS hosting and a configured email provider to handle enquiries. If analytics is enabled, its provider also processes usage information; processing may occur outside Australia. We retain enquiry information as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable obligations.
