# nimbusIQ — Field Atlas

Brand guide · September 2026

## The idea

Your whole operation. In view.

nimbusIQ brings engineering, automation, systems integration and cloud solutions together. The identity makes that connection tangible: a grounded landscape, a clear engineering story and an unmistakable electric lime accent. It serves the people specifying the system and the people deciding to invest in it.

## Name and product family

Write **nimbusIQ**, **nimbusLink** and **nimbusVision** with this exact capitalisation. Use nimbusIQ for the company, nimbusLink for the industrial gateway and nimbusVision for monitoring. Do not collapse the two products into one undefined “AI platform”.

## Logo

The forward-leaning n mark expresses a connection moving forward. The compact slanted n and round-dot wordmark follow the original approved concept. SVG lockups use outlined Inter 650 lettering, so they do not require an installed font. Use the supplied artwork rather than retyping or redrawing it.

- Primary: field-green logo on mineral or paper.
- Reversed: mineral logo on field green.
- One colour: black for monochrome applications.
- Standalone mark: app icons, avatars and compact spaces where the brand is already named.
- Minimum lockup width: 140 CSS pixels on screens or 35 mm in print. Minimum mark width: 24 CSS pixels or 7 mm in print.
- Clear space: at least half the mark height around all sides. Keep text and photography outside this area.
- Never stretch, rotate further, add shadows, outline, use gradients, change the wordmark spacing or place over visually busy imagery.
- Product lockups follow the same rules. Do not use a product mark as the corporate signature.

## Colour

- **Field · #12372e:** text, buttons and dark sections.
- **Mineral · #e8eae3:** primary page ground.
- **Electric lime · #b6ff00:** solution bands, focus emphasis and active states.
- **Paper · #f7f8f2:** forms and light inset surfaces.
- **Muted field · #4e685f:** secondary text on pale backgrounds.
- **Rule · #bac8be:** quiet dividers on pale backgrounds.

Pair field with mineral, paper or lime. Lime is an accent surface with dark text, never small lime text on a pale background. Reserve red for actual validation errors. Do not recolour data-series colours in actual dashboard screenshots: their meaning belongs to the product.

## Typography

**Anton, regular 400** is the display face. Use short, concrete headlines with tightly grouped lines. The homepage has an art-directed three-line headline; ordinary section headings are smaller and must wrap naturally. Do not condense text using CSS transforms.

**Manrope, 400–750** is the reading and interface face. Body copy is normally 16–20 px, with 1.5–1.65 line height and a comfortable measure. Navigation and buttons use 600–700. Keep all capitals to brief diagram annotations. Use sentence case for controls and headings.

Anton, Manrope and the outlined Inter wordmark source are supplied with SIL Open Font Licence files in fonts/. Font files are locally hosted; the site does not depend on a visitor connecting to a font CDN. Logo lettering is outlined independently.

## Layout and components

Use open space, aligned edges and thin rules. The homepage places its main statement to the left of the landscape and follows it with a continuous lime solution band. Continue the story with real product demonstrations and quieter editorial sections. Do not turn every paragraph into a card.

Spacing steps: 4, 8, 12, 16, 24, 32, 48, 64, 96 and 128 px. Layout gutters scale from 20 px on mobile to 48 px on desktop. Buttons have a 7 px corner radius, comfortable padding and at least a 44 px target. Primary buttons are field green with mineral text and a lime arrow. Links have a visible hover/focus treatment. A button must describe its action.

## Images and product truth

The landscape is an **illustrative site model**, not an installed customer site. Always label it. The nimbusLink render is based on supplied exterior photos. It is not dimensionally verified CAD. Keep the low-profile antenna, covered circular latch and enclosure proportions; do not invent internals, connectors, mounting accessories or certifications.

nimbusVision images are genuine ThingsBoard-based dashboard captures from the supplied library. Caption them as dashboard examples; do not imply their readings are live. Before publishing any new capture, check for customer names, account identities, addresses, credentials and commercially sensitive values. Use generic demonstrations for marketing.

Use subtle daylight, believable materials and neutral colour grading. Retouch distractions without changing the product. Keep diagrams, labels and interface controls as accessible HTML rather than baking them into images.

## Motion

Motion explains a connection or a change in selection. Use one restrained signal travel treatment in the site model, plus clear hover and selected states. Avoid continuous device spins, flying text and scroll hijacking. Honour reduced-motion preferences; content is visible before animation starts. Videos use controls and do not autoplay with sound.

## Voice

Calm, practical and specific. Start with the equipment or the task: “See pump status and telemetry together.” Explain the engineering, automation and cloud outcome first; position nimbusLink and nimbusVision as part of the solution. Pair commercial benefits with concrete examples a technical buyer can assess.

Prefer: “Discuss your site”, “Explore nimbusLink”, “View dashboard examples”. Avoid: “Unlock”, “revolutionary”, “game-changing”, “seamless” and unsupported superlatives. Do not invent uptime, savings, deployment speed, retention, price, ratings or customer endorsements. Confirm technical and commercial details for each installation.

## Business applications

- Website: primary lockup in the navigation, large display type and restrained lime.
- Social: use the supplied square profile mark and 1200 × 630 share artwork. Keep a short statement in the safe central area.
- Presentations: mineral title slide with field type; lime divider slides; light content slides with actual evidence. One idea per slide.
- Email: use email-signature.html, replacing bracketed name, role and telephone details before installing. Keep the live website address; never invent staff details.
- Product sheets: use the printable product-overview.html. Confirm dimensions, integrations and commercial terms separately rather than adding approximate specifications.

## Asset map

SVG: corporate and product lockups in green, reversed and black; standalone marks; favicon. Raster: profile icons, social share image, photographic reference render and illustrative landscape. Templates: email signature, social layout and product overview. System: tokens.json, tokens.css, this guide and licensed font files.

Source imagery and generation provenance are documented in the project asset manifest. Keep original OneDrive source files unchanged. New assets should carry the same provenance trail.

## Release checks

Check legibility at mobile sizes, keyboard focus, alt text, reduced motion and image weight. Review the contact/newsletter delivery configuration in the deployment environment. Check every technical claim against current approved product information. A visual concept or a local website preview is not evidence of an AWS production deployment.

## Positioning and credentials

Lead with engineering, SCADA and Ignition, PLC automation, systems integration and cloud solutions. Products support this wider offering. Use “Ignition Certified Integrator” for the company and “Gold-certified Ignition expertise” with the individual/team context. Do not call the company a Gold Integrator. No exact AWS certification or partner status is confirmed; offer cloud solutions and AWS implementation without adding a certification badge or implying endorsement.

## LinkedIn company Page

Use linkedin-company-banner.png or linkedin-company-banner.jpg for the company cover. Both are 1512 × 256 pixels, with the approved logo and engineering-led message. The outlined linkedin-company-banner.svg is the editable master. See linkedin-banner-readme.md for upload notes and specification provenance. Personal profile banners have a different layout; do not stretch this company banner to fit one.
